Biography

My research interests focus on the effect of global climate change on coral reef systems, especially in coral responses to stress and how to enhance their tolerance/resilience to a changing world.

My past research work was focused on coral-algal symbiosis and assessing whether Symbiodiniaceae diversity has changed in Red Sea corals since the onset of anthropogenic climate change.
