08 December, 2021
From the 3rd - 9th December, a group of physicists learnt about complex modelling for applications for coral reef ecosystems - and even joined the lab on a snorkel trip (7th December)!
The visitors learnt about coral reefs and developments, entire reef dynamics, and chromal growth. One of the highlights was a mini-Symposium (8th December) entitled: Clonal growth rates and marine landscapes. Here, talks included "the dynamics of seagrass fairy rings", and "how to extract features of coral reefs from data".
