Biography

Mai grew up in a fishermen's family who spent most of their time in the heart of the Red Sea. She has a deep passion for learning and exploring the red sea from an early age and protecting the extraordinary marine ecosystem and biodiversity. Her research interest is giant clams on the Red Sea, especially fluorescent ones. She hopes to be a researcher who strongly impacts marine life and the vision of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
